Ok, I’m not just a nutritionist; I’m also a wife, a mother of 4 young children (7, 5, 3 and 2), a social coordinator, the CEO of our family, a chauffeur, and a friend. Please follow me on my journey to becoming a healthier me. Through this blog series I will be completely transparent about where I’m at, what my challenges are and how someone with the know-how takes them on.

Lisa's expertise and experience in holistic care is second to none. I had come down with pneumonia and I was going on 3 weeks before I set aside the standard antibiotics and tried Lisa's holistic remedies.
