This morning my husband made the family breakfast (as he usually does on the weekends) and he included a green smoothie!

He included kale, a spring mix, banana, pineapple and blueberries.  It was pretty good :)  I was happy to have a smoothie made for me!

Tomorrow, it is the start of week three!  Let’s all make sure to add in those good fats!  I’m making this post short and sweet – enjoy your Sunday!
