The following programs have been designed to work with you and your current state of health and where you would like to be in the future. We look at you as an individual and will proactively work together to achieve your optimal health and wellness.
The Holistic You Program
Prevention is the first step to fighting disease or illness. This program has been designed to help you modify your lifestyle to avoid the onset of sickness, not just treat the symptoms of your ailments. Together we will establish a daily routine and plan to live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. This program is for every patient and can guide you from where you are today to a state of your best health. A Holistic Health model is emphasized by addressing spiritual, emotional, physical and mental aspects of health.
Prenatal Health Care Program
Your children’s health is determined before conception, at the moment of conception and during embryological development. Both parents health at the time of conception greatly impacts the genetic information they pass on to their children, therefore a six to twelve month treatment plan may be recommended prior to conception. Following this a prenatal plan will be crafted since the intrauterine environment during pregnancy is key in the health of your children.
Postnatal Health Care Program
The months after your new baby is born are filled with new, exciting and overwhelming emotions. It can be a challenge to take care of yourself as well as the newest addition. Having been through it before, we offer unconditional support, energy work, nutritional planning and advice on natural parenting for everything from breast feeding to teething and beyond.
Baby and Beyond Program
Your baby is 6 months old, ready for that big spoonful of food! But what do you give him?? Baby cereal? Banana? Avocado? What is the best food introduction schedule for your child. Many people yield the advice of their pediatrician but there are many conflicting views out there. If you need some assistance on guiding you through the various baby food introduction schedules, we are here and happy to help you make the right choices for you and your baby.
Happy & Healthy Family Program
What better gift can a family give to each other than sharing a healthy life that will provide them with improved quality time and energy to spend together. This program provides you with the proper foundation to grow as a healthy family together. It covers what children and adults can do in their home, their kitchen and their environment to remove toxins and make healthy choices.
Seasonal Detox / Cleansing program
A customized program, including dietary and lifestyle changes, will be designed to improve your detoxification capabilities by reducing your intake of toxins and improving your elimination. Naturally our body creates toxins on a biochemical and cellular level and if these toxins are not eliminated, they can cause irritation or inflammation in the cells and tissues, blocking normal function. This is when toxicity symptoms start to occur — joint problems, indigestion, insomnia, allergies, depression. Through this program you will also learn what you can do on a daily basis to assist your body’s natural detoxification abilities while reducing your contact with toxins.
My Best Body Program
Forget about yo-yo diets, instead we will focus on your digestive systems capacity to absorb vitamins and minerals while making healthy dietary choices and optimizing nutritional value while helping you to attain your goals. A personalized program will be created for you, and provide the necessary tools to support you.

In January 2013 I realized I needed to do something to improve my health. I spent 2012 on maternity leave and often neglected taking care of my own health (sleepless nights and caring for a tiny human will do that!). Not to mention the many years before that where health was at the bottom of my list of priorities. Luckily, I discovered Lisa's 30 day green smoothie challenge. The recipes were incredible and a green smoothie drinker was born! But I didn't stop there. Starting each day in such a healthy way led me to consult with a naturopath (it would have been Lisa if we were in the same city), do an elimination diet, and discover that I have sensitivities to wheat and milk. I changed to a whole foods-based diet (most of the time) and took up running. In the span of 8.5 months I went from being tired and sluggish on the couch (literally - I could run for one minute at a time before having to walk) to having enough energy to run the Detroit International Half Marathon. I actually RAN the whole thing! And I lost almost 60lbs along the way! Thank you, Lisa, for being my catalyst. Your challenge kept me interested in a new way of living and saved me! I continue to drink a green smoothie every day for breakfast. What a wonderful way to start each day!
